Selina (Lena) Cole
Lena Cole is Assistant Professor of Geosciences and Assistant Curator of Invertebrate Paleontology at the Sam Noble Museum of the University of Oklahoma. Her research focuses on evolutionary paleoecology, emphasizing the role of ecology as an evolutionary driver in marine systems through deep time.

Melanie Hopkins
Melanie Hopkins is Curator-in-Charge of Invertebrate Paleontology and Chair of the Division of Paleontology at the American Museum of Natural History. Her research focuses on morphological evolution over geologic timescales using the trilobite fossil record.

David (Davey) Wright
Davey Wright is Assistant Professor of Geosciences and Assistant Curator of Invertebrate Paleontology at the Sam Noble Museum of the University of Oklahoma. His research combines specimen-based data from the fossil record with statistical methods to better understand the origin, maintenance, and modification of biological diversity throughout the history of life.

André Desrochers
André Desrochers is a Full Professor and, since 2018, an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Ottawa. For over thirty years, he has carried out research on Anticosti Island, one of the world's key natural archives for understanding the end-Ordovician mass extinction. Using high-resolution stratigraphy, sedimentology, isotopic geochemistry, and paleoecology, he reconstructs the climatic, oceanographic, and biological changes linked to this major global event.
He also serves as Scientific Director of the Société du patrimoine mondial Anticosti, contributing to the scientific interpretation and heritage promotion of this exceptional geological site.

Pascale Daoust
Pascale Daoust is a sedimentologist and geochemist specialised in carbonate rocks. She completed a PhD in sedimentology, geochemistry and chemical oceanography at McGill University in 2024. The subject of her thesis was ocean acidification. Her journey brought her almost everywhere around the globe to learn more about the incredible role that carbonate rocks play in the Earth's various systems.
Passionate about geology and geoheritage protection, she is now the research manager at Société patrimoine Mondial Anticosti since 2023. She actively participates in the advancement of scientific knowledge and the promotion of the scientific heritage of the UNESCO Anticosti site, whose geology and geodiversity are unique in the world.

André Desrochers
André Desrochers est professeur titulaire, puis professeur auxiliaire depuis 2018 au Département des sciences de la Terre et de l'environnement de l'Université d'Ottawa. Depuis plus de trente ans, il mène des recherches sur l'île d'Anticosti, l'une des plus importantes archives naturelles pour comprendre l'extinction massive de la fin de l'Ordovicien. En mobilisant stratigraphie de haute résolution, sédimentologie, géochimie isotopique et paléoécologie, il reconstruit les bouleversements climatiques, océanographiques et biologiques associés à cet événement majeur.
Il est également directeur scientifique de la Société du patrimoine mondial Anticosti, où il contribue à la mise en valeur scientifique et patrimoniale de ce site géologique exceptionnel.

Pascale Daoust
Pascale Daoust est une sédimentologue et géochimiste spécialisée dans les roches carbonatées. Elle a complété son doctorat en sédimentologie, géochimie et océanographie chimique à l'Université McGill en 2024 dont le sujet était l'acidification des océans. Son parcours l'a amenée un peu partout sur le globe pour en apprendre davantage sur le rôle incroyable qu'ont les roches carbonatées dans les différents systèmes de la Terre.
Passionnée de géologie et de la protection du géopatrimoine, elle est maintenant, responsable de la recherche à la Société du patrimoine mondial Anticosti depuis 2023. Elle participe activement à l'avancement des connaissances scientifiques et à la valorisation du patrimoine scientifique du site UNESCO Anticosti dont la géologie et la géodiversité sont uniques dans le monde.
